After a long time went for birding yesterday morning this time I visited Bob Woodruff park. have heard reports of the warblers from here. The weather was pleasant during the entire walk.
For me the Interesting sightings were the brown-headed cowbird and Blue winged teal which I was seeing for the first time. Also saw a lone Kestrel and a Red shouldered hawk.
I also saw a bird which looks like a Orange Crowned warbler. But I still have to confirm the ID from the experts.
Have to bird often to see the returning migrants :-)

I was so glad I made the visit since I was able to see Scissor-tailed flycatcher at a close distance and the highlight was Barred Owl. I had made lot of visits earlier to this park but this was the first time i got lucky with the owl. Probably visiting in the late evening helped ;-)
